Team/Position Description
We are looking for a structured and execution-driven PMO Manager who can lead cross-functional project governance for AI and ecosystem solution initiatives within LINE. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into clear project roadmaps, operating rhythms, decision gates, risks, and measurable delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate combines program management discipline with business sense, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to drive clarity across ambiguous and fast-moving initiatives.
Responsibilities
Establish and operate PMO mechanisms including project roadmap management, milestone tracking, risk / issue management, dependency control, and executive reporting. Ensure key initiatives are delivered with clear scope, timeline, ownership, decision records, and measurable success criteria.
Coordinate across Business, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and timely decision-making. Facilitate working-level discussions and management reviews to remove blockers, align priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.
Define project KPIs, success criteria, approval gates, and post-launch tracking mechanisms for AI and ecosystem-related initiatives.
Prepare concise management materials, status reports, and escalation documents that enable leadership to make informed decisions. |
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, or platform-based digital business. • Experience managing cross-functional digital, AI, SaaS, platform, or ecosystem-related projects is preferred. • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with roadmap planning, milestone management, risk / issue tracking, project reporting, and executive communication. • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving techniques, with the ability to connect business goals with delivery plans and measurable KPIs. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives and cross-functional teams. • English proficiency: Intermediate to upper-intermediate level or above. |
