[Responsibility]

Performance Leadership: Monitor and manage key sales KPIs (GMV, Revenue, Gross Profit, ROI). Demonstrate high data sensitivity by identifying growth opportunities or potential risks from complex datasets and taking proactive actions to ensure target achievement.

Strategic Planning & Consulting: Design and propose sophisticated sales promotions and advertising strategies. Use structural thinking to help beauty brands optimize their marketing mix and achieve market-leading ROAS/ROI.

Key Account Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level or brand leads, maintaining long-term partnerships and enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through deep industry insights and customized commerce solutions.

AI-Powered Efficiency: Actively integrate AI tools and methodologies to streamline workflow, automate data reporting, and enhance proposal quality, setting a benchmark for operational excellence within the team.
[Qualifications]

Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing. Previous experience in the Beauty category is highly preferred.
