Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Tap Reward services.
  • Support promotions and campaign operations.
  • Support operational issue handling and CS inquiries.
  • Manage operational policies and processes.
  • Support communication between KR and TW teams.
  • Coordinate schedules and collaborate with related teams.z
  • Support development, QA, and release schedule tracking.
  • Organize operational data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare operational reports and status updates.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in service operations or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic documentation and schedule management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Korean language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in reward services, digital services, or platform operations.
  • PM or service operation experience is a plus.
