Reward Ads are a performance-driven advertising model that enhances both advertiser outcomes and user engagement through incentive-based participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Tap Reward services.
- Support promotions and campaign operations.
- Support operational issue handling and CS inquiries.
- Manage operational policies and processes.
- Support communication between KR and TW teams.
- Coordinate schedules and collaborate with related teams.z
- Support development, QA, and release schedule tracking.
- Organize operational data and performance metrics.
- Prepare operational reports and status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in service operations or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic documentation and schedule management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean language skills are a plus.
- Experience in reward services, digital services, or platform operations.
- PM or service operation experience is a plus.
