Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and individual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, as well as reviewing monthly packages of subsidiaries or related entities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management performance reports and conduct financial statement analysis.
  • Participate in the implementation of appropriate accounting policies and procedures. Demonstrate familiarity with internal control principles, evaluate controls for effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
  • Execute various accounting operations, including daily entries and month-end closure, among other tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local statutory requirements and group financial standards.
  • Provide support for financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and related tasks.
  • Facilitate communication with both internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Lead on finance projects and address ad hoc assignments as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with exposure to a Big 4 firm.
  • Previous experience in a Taiwan-listed company is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting principles, withholding tax regulations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are preferred.
