Team/Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Business division at LINE Taiwan. This role requires strong expertise in event management and a knack for innovative marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in creating engaging and cutting-edge event messages, and will work closely with the sales team to leverage these events for effective branding, product education, and lead generation. Your experience and creative planning will be key to driving our success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for sales roadshows (100 participants), conferences (1,000 participants), and premium events (50 participants).
  • Develop and manage an events strategy and calendar, researching and identifying conferences for speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
  1. Collaboration and Innovation Strategy:
  • Explore and identify opportunities with partners to launch innovative content ideas and campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Oversee and manage cross-functional cooperation with the development, design, and execution of event themes, branding, and creative elements.
  • Collaborate with different sales teams to develop marketing strategies and objectives aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
  1. Performance Tracking
  • Track and report event ROI based on key objectives and metrics.
  • Understand target audiences and assist teams in developing an event strategy that supports business goals.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • LINE Biz-Solutions Expertise: Must have a deep understanding of LINE Biz-Solutions and hold both Green Medal Expert Certifications.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing and content marketing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make quick, effective decisions when faced with unplanned challenges.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan and execute projects involving multiple internal and external resources and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Strong understanding of key metrics to track and improve the performance and ROI of events.
