The Insight Planning Lead supports LINE Taiwan in its transformation into a data-driven company, integrating cross-service data to develop data solutions for traffic growth and monetization. This role is responsible for integrating, collecting, and prioritizing business data requirements for LINE family services, leading insight planners, and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver data applications that achieve business goals. Additionally, the Insight Planning Lead initiates innovative data solution projects to enhance LINE's data utilization for monetization opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation and execution of data projects and applications in alignment with business plans and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions, prioritize and allocate resource for development
• Supervise the project development of data applications utilizing statistical analysis, machine learning or advanced analytic models.
• Collaborate closely with service planners, business teams, development departments and headquarter to ensure successful delivery of data projects.
• Mentor and guide insight planners, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

 

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data project management and data science practices.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile internet technology, Google Analytics, and online advertising products.
• Capability of quick learner to new business domains and strong cross-team communication skills.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written communication.
