Responsibilities
- Lead LINE Thailand’s Corporate Affairs team
- Work closely with the CEO for stakeholder management across business partners, government and regulatory stakeholders; develop and ensure strong and resilient relationship with core partners
- Provide advice to internal and cross-functional teams on policy, regulatory, and political matters that relate to LINE’s new and existing services/products and its marketing positioning
- Monitor Thailand’s internet policies and regulations, as well as political situation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to campaign on relevant issues such as privacy, safety and security, cyber security, intellectual property, e-payment, and tax
- Provide overall leadership and coaching to team members to ensure strong delivery of work
- Supervise risk management function including operational and business risk management and crisis management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a relevant major
- 10+ years of work experience in corporate/government affairs, preferably from the IT industry
- Excellent business understanding coupled with strong experience in public affairs and strategic communication
- Strong leadership, networking, and communication skills, including the ability to interface with public officials from all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Thai
