The Product Owner is the one who truly champions the responsible products and a creative director as well as a technical consultant. You will be the one in charge of shaping and driving success of one of the services that are loved by millions of daily Thai users. You are also expected to cooperate with interrelated teams, both local and international, to support our services to meet the users' needs and our business goals.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous development of Official Account products and services in LINE Thailand
• Balance business objectives, technical constraints, and development resources to create product roadmaps that align with LINE Thailand’s product vision and strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including business, development, operations, data, security, legal, and design) to help ship products and features as timely and effectively as possible
• Conduct user research and usability studies alongside UX researchers to identify needs and insights to continuously enhance our products
• Understand and analyze data from various sources, interpret and identify product opportunities, and improve efficiency
• Work with development and infrastructure team to solve any obstacles and streamline processes for product releases

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully bringing agile products and services to the market
• Experience in writing technical documents
• Good understanding of the end-to-end web and mobile application development lifecycle
• Experience in product design in collaboration with UI/UX team
• Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Coding skills or experience in data analysis is a plus.
