LINE Pay Service Planning Team is looking for a highly motivated and independent Service Planner to drive the planning and execution of Electronic Payment Institution(EPI) services, and to collaborate with external partners to create a seamless and convenient payment experience.

As a Service Planner in the Service Planning Team, you will be responsible for coordinating with external partners and working closely with cross-functional and cross-country teams (e.g., UX, development, QA, marketing, and legal) to ensure smooth communication, accurate execution, and timely delivery for all services from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interfacing with cooperative banks and external partner services, handling contract communication and signing, execution of commercial terms, and service process planning, while continuously maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
  • Lead the development of new services and optimization of existing functions, prepare and maintain clear documentation (such as BRD, user flows, and functional specifications) to ensure alignment with business and user needs.
  • Work closely with local and cross-country (e.g., Korea) UX, Development, QA, Marketing, and Planning teams to ensure smooth task handovers, progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist in handling and resolving routine or non-routine tasks related to external partner services, ensuring stable and smooth service operations.

 

 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in service planning, product, or project management, experience working in bank or EPI is a plus.
  • Highly frequent user of non-cash payments in daily life, familiar with EPI services and operational processes, familiarity with Taiwan's EPI regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of effectively handling complex cross-departmental and international team collaborations, with experience communicating with external institutions (such as banks and government agencies)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate information and resources from various teams to quickly understand issues and provide solutions.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn, able to adapt to fast-changing environments, and capable of delivering stable results under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and advanced in English.
