[Responsibilities]

• Support analysis of business and financial performance, including variance analysis on P&L and key operating metrics, and prepare summary reports for management review.

• Collaborate with business and finance teams to consolidate information and understand key business drivers.
  與營運及財務團隊合作，整合跨部門資訊並掌握業務發展脈絡。
• Participate in financial forecasting and analysis, and assist in maintaining existing analysis frameworks or models.
  參與財務預測與分析工作，並協助維護既有分析架構或模型。
• Support financial analysis for cross-functional projects (e.g., cost-benefit analysis).
  支援跨部門專案之基本財務分析（如成本效益評估）。
• Assist in preparing materials for earnings calls, press releases, and Q&A documents, and support investor communications.
  協助準備法人說明會、新聞稿及Q&A資料，並參與投資人溝通相關工作。
• Assist in consolidating key topics from management and investors, and summarize insights for internal reference.
  協助整理管理層與投資人關注議題，並彙整重點供內部參考。
• Track industry trends and key financial indicators, and provide summarized insights.
  追蹤產業動態與市場財務指標，並整理重點觀察。

 

[Qualifications]

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, equity research, or business analysis.
  具3-5年財務分析、產業研究或商業分析相關經驗。

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Equity research analyst (buy-side or sell-side)
  券商或投顧產業研究員
• Big 4 accounting firms with exposure to analysis or industry research
  會計師事務所（Big 4）審計或相關分析經驗
• In-house FP&A or business analysis roles
  企業內部FP&A或商業分析職能
• Exposure to investor relations or earnings call preparation is a plus
  曾參與IR或法說會籌備相關工作

 

Core Skills / 核心能力

• Solid understanding of financial statements, with the ability to perform basic analysis and interpret trends.
  熟悉三大財務報表邏輯，能進行基本分析與趨勢判讀。
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  具備商務英語能力，能清楚說明基本財務邏輯。
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and summarize information effectively.
  具備良好的邏輯思維與重點整理能力。
• Interest in data and business topics, with willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
  對數據與商業議題具興趣，並願意持續學習。
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with advanced tools is a plus.
  具備Excel分析能力，熟悉進階工具尤佳。
