About Offline Events Operation
The Offline Events Operation role is responsible for planning and executing LINE Pay’s offline events, including B2B and B2C events, exhibitions, pop-up events, and other marketing initiatives.
This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors throughout the entire event process — from planning and preparation to onsite execution and post-event follow-up — to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, on schedule, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the company’s B2B and B2C offline events, including pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage and coordinate with event-related vendors, including requirement alignment, timeline tracking, quotation review, and execution progress management.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, track tasks and progress, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and execute internal company events, meetings, and other projects.
- Handle project-related administrative tasks, data organization, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Support other projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to support onsite event execution, including occasional weekend or non-standard working hours.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, event operations, marketing, or project coordination is a plus.
- Experience working with event agencies, vendors, or external partners is preferred.
- Experience in exhibitions, pop-up events, brand activations, or large-scale events is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of budget management, quotation comparison, or procurement processes is preferred.
