Responsibilities
- Initiate new campaign ideas and ways to drive performance
- Establish creative campaign and communication planning
- Manage campaign execution which includes but is not limited to sellers screening, artwork request, terms and conditions request, and campaign performance tracking
- Coordinate with the central marketing team and agencies to obtain input to meet campaign goals and objectives
Expected Outcomes
- Develop ability to individually handle the full cycle of campaign planning and execution
- Gain experience in delivering tasks that achieve targets in a timely manner with exceptional quality
Qualifications
- Background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Experience in online selling, social commerce, or an area related to e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and skills in graphic design and multimedia editing
- Comprehensive analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to create and manage creative contents
- Flexibility in working across functions based on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
- Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
