We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager (LINE SHOPPING) to develop and execute sales-driven campaigns for LINE SHOPPING Thailand, focusing on GMV growth and maximizing merchant success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and multi-tasking skills as you will be responsible for testing and optimizing campaign concepts with multiple stakeholders.
A key part of this role involves working closely with the MyShop team, who manages key accounts that contribute significantly to revenue. You will need to collaborate with sellers, internal teams, and external partners to develop impactful promotional strategies, optimize performance, and enhance the overall shopping experience on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute GMV-driven Campaigns: Plan and implement revenue-focused promotional campaigns that drive higher GMV, increase conversion rates, and boost customer retention; design and test new promotional strategies to maximize sales impact
- Collaborate with MyShop and Key Accounts: Work closely with the MyShop team, ensuring that key account sellers are actively engaged in major campaigns; align promotional strategies with top-performing merchants to maximize revenue contribution
- Create Innovative Promotional Strategies: Analyze consumer trends, competitive insights, and merchant capabilities to develop creative, high-impact campaign themes that attract shoppers and boost transaction volumes
- Track and Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaign effectiveness; conduct A/B testing and analyze results for continuous optimization
- Enhance the Onsite Shopping Experience: Ensure that campaign landing pages, banners, and featured product placements are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion
- Manage Budgets and Promotional Resources: Oversee funding allocation, including subsidized coupons and platform-led promotions, to maximize efficiency and impact; ensure proper budget tracking and cost-effectiveness of campaigns
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, creative, and analytics teams to execute seamless campaigns; align strategies across departments to ensure smooth execution and optimal results
- Multi-task and Execute with Excellence: Handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, working with various stakeholders to test and refine promotional concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in campaign planning, sales-driven promotions, or e-commerce marketing
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, consumer behavior, and promotional mechanics
- Proven ability to create and execute GMV-driven campaigns with measurable business impact
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and test new concepts efficiently
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Experience working with sellers, merchants, or brands to design and implement promotional strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Experience in social commerce, retail, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
