Responsibilities 

• Translate product requirements and create pixel-perfect design implementation that aligns with the products’ design pattern and design system
• Collaborate on projects with product designers and other stakeholders, iterating over options to find the best design solution
• Support Jansson design system team to manage design system components, illustration, and icons
• Support design requests from internal teams for any individual work assignments

Qualifications 

• Professional proficiency in English (You will be working with teammates of various nationalities, so it is essential that you are able to communicate in English.)
• Understanding of and ability to implement product design, design systems, and visual design
• Attention to details
• Time and priority management skills
• Diligent personality with high level of responsibility
• Proactiveness to collaborate in a team and ability to work individually when required
• Ability to use Figma and Adobe design software, coupled with motion design skills
• Willingness to learn and a welcoming attitude towards receiving design feedback
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fun, creative, joyful, and confident
