LINE Pay Growth Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Account Manager with excellent business sense, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently complete projects.
As an Account Manager in the Growth Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, planning and managing campaigns to boost transaction volume, and enhancing merchant relationships to ensure their satisfaction with the LINE Pay business.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the needs of Key Accounts through communication with (Overseas & Domestic) external partners and the Business Development team, and planning marketing campaigns for Key Accounts to drive user engagement.
  • Working in close collaboration with the (Overseas & Domestic) Business Development team and the Branding team to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the performance of marketing events.
  • Providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with end-to-end project delivery, strong communication, problem-solving skills, believer in data-driven approaches, and a quick learner.
  • A good team player, be able to work under pressure.
  • Innovative and passionate about the Internet, mobile payment and LINE Pay.
  • Excellent in communication in both Mandarin and English. Korean fluency is a plus.
