WEBTOON_Community Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Community Marketing to lead and grow our campus ambassador program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, student engagement, and community outreach. You will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the program, recruiting campus ambassadors, and driving brand awareness and loyalty among college students.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Ambassador Recruitment & Management:
* Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of campus ambassadors across key university campuses.
* Provide training, resources, and guidance to ambassadors to ensure they effectively represent the brand.
* Foster a sense of community among ambassadors and facilitate communication to maintain high engagement.
* Campaign Planning & Execution:
* Design and execute creative marketing campaigns targeting college students, including event promotions, digital content, and peer-to-peer marketing.
* Work with ambassadors to develop and implement campus-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Brand Awareness & Engagement:
* Develop strategies to increase brand recognition and loyalty among students on campus through social media, events, and on-campus promotions.
* Encourage ambassadors to create organic, authentic content (social media posts, videos, etc.) that resonates with their peers and showcases the brand.
* Partnerships & Event Coordination:
* Collaborate with student organizations, university events, and influencers to maximize campus engagement.
* Organize and attend on-campus events such as meetups, promotions, and giveaways to engage with students and increase brand presence.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting:
* Track and report on the performance of the campus ambassador program, including metrics such as engagement, content creation, event attendance, and conversions.
* Analyze feedback and data to refine strategies and improve program outcomes.
* Budget Management:
* Manage the program budget, including ambassador incentives, promotional materials, and event expenses.
* Ensure resources are used effectively to maximize ROI on campus initiatives.
Qulifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, agency, media, digital, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, fast learner, well-organized, efficient, flexible and able to work under pressure and excellent team player.
- Cross-functional coordination: Ability to balance the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams.

- Has a passion for connecting and pitching unique and innovative marketing campaigns..
