Team: Finance Operations

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be focusing on the day-to-day operational aspects of revenue management, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation, transaction accuracy, and issue resolution. You will work in a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of collection transactions, resolving disputes, and performing accruals related to revenue and promotional activities. Additionally, the position requires active participation in process improvements and the development of dashboards to provide actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on financial operations and data analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of collection transactions for LINE services across multiple payment gateways to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Analyze and resolve disputes, refunds, and transaction errors in a timely and efficient manner
• Analyze and monitor revenue of responsible services to ensure completeness and adherence to company policies and revenue recognition standards
• Serve as a project coordinator, liaising with internal cross-functional teams and external business partners to ensure the successful expansion of new projects
• Provide consultation and provide guidance to the business team on basic issues related to credit and collections, pricing, tax, and revenue recognition
• Monitor and execute the accrual of expenses related to revenue and promotional activities, including commissions, rebates to agencies, and revenue sharing
• Prepare management reports and conduct detailed financial and business performance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Develop and enhance management report dashboards using data visualization tools to effectively communicate results to management
• Perform additional related tasks, process improvements, and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Finance Analysis, Revenue Management, or related fields, with a background in Accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
• Strong orientation toward process improvement, teamwork, and self-motivation, with a can-do attitude
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining productivity and accuracy under pressure within tight timelines and resource constraints
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good command of English
