Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for various categories, including equipment, IT products, telecommunications equipment, and advertising-related purchases.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, price comparison, and negotiation to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare, consolidate, and manage procurement documents, oversee approval workflows, and monitor procurement order fulfillment.
• Execute procurement order management, including delivery schedules, supplier management, and supplier payment processing.
• Analyze market trends, identify potential suppliers, and evaluate pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs and ensure smooth internal processes.
• Regularly generate procurement reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making and continuous process improvements.
• Assist team lead with projects and ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, with proven abilities in price negotiation and problem-solving, capable of working independently.
• Strong cost analysis, strategic thinking, and presentation skills, with the ability to propose procurement optimization solutions.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations, with solid supplier management experience.
• Industry experience in finance, telecommunications, technology, or system integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.
