LINE Pay Growth Marketing Team is looking for a highly motivated and independent Senior Service Planner to drive service planning and execution for Payshop(購好券), ensuring alignment with business strategy.

As a Payshop Service Planner, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable service plans, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and business opportunities to design and implement innovative service solutions that enhance user experience and drive transaction growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Payshop system, identify business and user needs, and design service solutions with new features while improving and optimizing existing ones to grow market share, enhance user experience, and increase transactions.
  • Turn service ideas into clear technical documents (such as BRD/PRD) with specifications, diagrams, and user flows. Work closely with business, marketing, UI/UX, technology, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams, ensuring collaboration throughout the project lifecycle and the successful launch of services.
  • Oversee UI/UX, development, and QA processes, ensuring that all services meet quality and functional requirements before launch.

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in service planning, product, or project management, preferably in financial services, e-commerce, internet, or mobile products. Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product delivery, including independent service design and implementation, with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
  • A good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Korean is a plus.
