Product Manager_LINE EC
As a LINE Shopping Product Manager, you will shape the platform, driving user engagement and merchant value. You will lead the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features and user experience. Your data-driven insights and innovative approach will strengthen LINE Shopping’s integration within the LINE ecosystem, delivering seamless value to users and EC partners.
Core Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop product plans aligned with company vision, service goals, and market demands.
- Proficient in writing PRD and creating product roadmaps.
- Capable of clearly defining the MVP scope.
Technical Understanding:
- Deep knowledge of software development processes (e.g., APIs, databases, front-end/back-end collaboration).
- Engage in technical discussions with development teams to understand technical constraints and possibilities.
Market and User Insights:
- Conduct effective market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify user pain points/needs and translate them into product opportunities.
- Familiar with basic user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, bucket testing/AB testing).
Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration:
- Excel at collaborating with design, development, marketing, and other teams to drive projects forward.
- Clearly articulate requirements and efficiently allocate/coordinate resources.
- Lead cross-departmental meetings, creating and delivering clear, audience-friendly presentations and reports.
Project Management:
- Familiar with agile development methodologies and related tools.
- Strong skills in timeline management, resource allocation, and risk control.
- Manage high-intensity project progress, track updates, and adapt flexibly to changes.
Data Analysis and KPI Management:
- Plan external/internal product tracking and data collection strategies.
- Set and monitor product KPIs.
- Proficient in basic data analysis tools.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive product optimization.
Security and Compliance:
- Understand fundamental concepts of information security and data privacy (e.g., authentication, authorization, data protection).
- Recognize common security risks during product design and development, identifying potential issues early in the requirements phase.
- Collaborate with information security teams to assess and adjust product specifications for risk mitigation.
Advanced Responsibilities:
Business Acumen:
- Calculate product operational costs, profits, and ROI.
- Analyze market business models.
- Independently plan projects with long-term impact.
Innovation and Product Creativity:
- Propose innovative product ideas and AI integration concepts.
- Quickly validate product concepts with available resources.
Basic Qualifications
- Having at least 5 years software PM related experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- EC related product management experience is a plus.
- Ad product mindset is a plus.
