We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic MarTech Team Lead to oversee the integration of marketing and technology solutions that enhance customer engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results. As the MarTech Lead at LINE Thailand, you will manage a team responsible for selecting, implementing, and optimizing the right technologies to support data-driven marketing campaigns, customer journey automation, and real-time analytics. This role requires both technical expertise and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, while working closely with the Engineering Team to ensure seamless platform integration and optimization.

 

Responsibilities

  1. MarTech Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and lead the MarTech strategy aligned with LINE Thailand's marketing goals
    • Identify and prioritize marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, CDP, DMP, marketing automation tools) that can drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
    • Stay updated on global MarTech trends and assess their applicability for the Thai market
  2. Technology Implementation & Integration:
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms
    • Collaborate with the Engineering Team to ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools with core systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across platforms
    • Work with engineers to optimize system performance, manage data pipelines, and maintain infrastructure stability
    • Ensure API integrations between marketing tools and internal systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with the Engineering Team to troubleshoot technical issues, manage system upgrades, and execute custom development projects as needed
    • Work with IT, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth data integration and alignment with business processes
    • Serve as a bridge between marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure all platforms work in harmony to support business objectives
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of MarTech specialists, ensuring they have the necessary training and support
    • Oversee project timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring projects meet deadlines
    • Facilitate continuous learning and innovation within the team
  5. Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners
    • Negotiate contracts and oversee the onboarding of new marketing technology tools

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. (A master’s degree is a plus.)
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related fields
    • Proven track record of managing MarTech projects and tools like CRM, CDP, DMP, automation platforms, and analytics tools
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects or systems integration
    • Experience in leading a team of specialists
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the MarTech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle management
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights
    • Project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Technical fluency: Solid understanding of APIs, data architecture, and integration methods to collaborate effectively with the Engineering Team

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Familiarity with LINE's ecosystem (e.g., LINE Official Account, LINE Ads)
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA in Thailand, GDPR)
  • Certification in marketing or data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
