LINE FRIENDS Hong Kong is an energetic and passionate business team with core business in Licensing, Marketing Collaborations and B2B/Retail Partnership.  

 

Responsibilities

 

• Support activities on retail partnership and B2B business strategy
• Act as the Account Manager for existing retail partners in HK & Macau to ensure partners’ stores are being operated according to brand guidelines and expectations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on B2B order management, logistics and project delivery etc.
• Oversee the top-to-top meeting process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with retail partners and other related parties
• Manage the business process flow and framework to foster strong partnerships and achieve mutual goals
• Coordinate and prepare engagement activities by planning and organizing events
• Set up and maintain the agenda for the regular leadership team meetings, ensuring all relevant topics are covered
• Analyse performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership models to identify innovative opportunities

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or High Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, partnership/business development, client service management or a related field
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication skills
• Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships
• Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Relevant background in Retail / B2B industry will be a benefit
• Experience in managing projects and coordinating events is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in IP character business will be an advantage
