Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager (Display Advertising)

This position focuses on driving LINE Ads within the SME market in terms of both revenue and the number of accounts. To succeed in this role, expertise and experience in marketing as well as the advertising business are required.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, clarify market segmentation, and conduct competitor analysis to ensure an accurate understanding of the overall market
- Initiate business model, go-to-market strategy, and marketing campaigns to penetrate LINE Ads into the SME market as well as retain users within the market
- Develop business models, go-to-market strategy, and marketing campaigns to drive SME adoption and retention for LINE Ads
- Analyze competitors and target SMEs to identify users’ pain points to develop the right marketing campaigns
- Lead and develop end-to-end execution plans such as education, monthly campaigns, success stories, and online/offline seminars or events to drive product awareness as well as revenue generation
- Build and utilize owned channels such as Official Account for effective marketing communication
- Provide LINE Ads consultation and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
- Evaluate campaign performance and implement continuous improvement plans
- Monitor and analyze data related to account acquisition, retention, and revenue to proactively develop an action plan
- Provide LINE Ads optimization consultations to the corporate team
- Work closely with Marketing, Advertising Business, PR, Legal, other cross-functional teams, and other external partners to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within the timeline
- Validate all activities’ performance and key takeaways, then develop proactive improvement plans for the next activities
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 2-5 years of experience in advertising, media planning, marketing, or business development
- Ability to be a spokesperson and great interpersonal skills
- Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, coupled with an eagerness to continuously learn
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous background in digital marketing
- Good understanding of bidding media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus as well as project management expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and a can-do attitude
