Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social Media Strategies

    • Create, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives and business goals, with a particular focus on platforms popular with digital comics and Webtoon audiences.
  • Content Creation & Management

    • Develop compelling and engaging content for LINE WEBTOON TW social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Youtube, Webtoon-specific platforms, etc.), including interactive posts, copywriting, visuals, and short video that resonate with comic and storytelling communities. Someone who is well-versed in global SNS trends and familiar with video-based social media platforms. 
  • Platform Maintenance & Article Writing

    • Develop and manage content for platforms like LINE TODAY, including article generation, copywriting, and visuals. Regularly write, publish, and update articles, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging, engages the target audience, and adheres to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Community Engagement

    • Build and nurture an active online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to foster relationships, particularly with Webtoon readers and fans.
  • Campaign Management

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, particularly focusing on Webtoon-related content and collaborations.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns, especially within the Webtoon ecosystem.    
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

    • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency across all messaging and creative assets, including those aimed at the Webtoon audience.
  • Social Listening & Trend Analysis

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, industry trends, and consumer sentiment, especially within the Webtoon and comic space, to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields. Experience with brand marketing, content creation, and campaign management is highly preferred. * Skills:

    * Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Korean is preferred.
    * Creative mindset with an ability to develop engaging content.
    * Ability to analyze social media performance data and provide actionable insights.
    * Familiarity with Webtoon platforms and digital comics culture is highly preferred.
    * Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite etc.)

    * Personal Traits:

    * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    * Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    * Individuals with experience in Tiktok content creation and management, who are passionate about trend analysis and generating creative ideas.
