Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate teammate who doesn't get trapped in conventional marketing frameworks, but instead thinks, "Hey, this looks fun! Let's just upload it!" We want someone who isn't afraid to try trendy, bold experiments, and who wants to drive our channel's 0-to-1 growth while building a loyal fanbase (followers) for our brand. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Planning & Management: Oversee and operate our Instagram (Reels, Feed) and YouTube (Shorts) channels.
  • End-to-End Short-form Content Creation: Lead the entire process of producing trendy short-form content—from [Planning-Shooting (primarily smartphone-based)-Light Editing].
  • Community Building: Actively communicate and build relationships with followers/subscribers through comments, DMs, and community tabs.
  • Conversion Funnel Design: Design purchase conversion funnels using Instagram DM automation tools (such as ManyChat) and creative event planning.
  • Data Analysis & Feedback: Analyze performance metrics for each content piece (views, reach, engagement rate, etc.) and continuously apply insights to future content.

 

Qualifications

  • Trend Sensitivity: High sensitivity and deep understanding of new media and short-form video trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Agile Content Production: Ability to quickly and independently produce content using Photoshop, Premiere, or smartphone editing apps (CapCut, VLLO, etc.).
  • Copywriting Skills: Exceptional, witty copywriting skills that can truly resonate with our target audience.
  • Growth Mindset: An open attitude toward "untried experiments," combined with fast execution and a high capacity to accept and utilize feedback.
  • Experience: Open to all experience levels (Talented fresh graduates or senior marketers with 3–5 years of experience are highly preferred).

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience growing a personal social media channel (Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.) and building a follower base.
  • Experience creating viral short-form content (Reels/Shorts) that successfully triggered the platform's algorithm (going viral).
  • Experience using or a strong willingness to learn marketing automation tools like ManyChat.
  • A heavy user of or deeply interested in LINE Pay.
