Customer Care AI Project Associate Manager

Position Description:

The TW Customer Care team is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our users. Our goal is not only to resolve users' issues and inquiries but also to deliver a "WOW" experience to all LINE users.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in processing a large amount of training data required for ML.
2. Familiar with generative AI and is capable of creating prompt from scratch.
3. Responsible for managing and labeling data (images/voices/texts, etc.), analyzing users' logs and context, and sorting past conversation history.
4. Assist in training and improving the LINE HELP Chat Bot.
5. Design various scenarios to optimize user experience.
6. Application areas include, but are not limited to, image recognition, semantic understanding, speech recognition, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

 

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience. Customer support-related experience is a plus.
2. English proficiency required.
3. 1+ years of relevant experience in chatbot operation/deployment is required.
4. Good communication skills and logical thinking, motivational team player, good work ethics.
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools (for example, Tableau) is required.
6. Having a background in linguistics is a plus.
