Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans for both new and existing services to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales channel strategies to achieve business goals
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners
  • Execute negotiations and complete agreements with clients and partners
  • Analyze data to develop strategy and business plan
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with product launches and promotions
  • Cover day-to-day operations work to ensure task completion
  • Oversee team operations, provide coaching, and encourage the team to meet their goals and objectives

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business, computer, technology, or any related field
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer product management, partnership management, business development, or other related areas
  • Experience working with business partners and operational outsourcing
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
