As the PMO & Strategy Senior Manager for Content & Services (LINE TODAY, LINE VOOM, LINE OpenChat and LINE Wallet), you will be a key person, responsible for driving strategic direction and ensuring efficient operations across multiple core business areas. You will report directly to the Head of PMO & Strategy (Core Business) and collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Architect and lead the strategic direction for LINE Thailand's Content & Services Business, encompassing LINE TODAY, LINE VOOM, LINE OpenChat, and LINE Wallet
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to be aligned with overall company objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

 

Business Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance

 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

 

Project Management and Execution:

  • Oversee the development and execution of project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of KPIs
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • 8-15 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or related fields
  • Strong leadership and high accountability, with the ability to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial metrics
  • Extremely good proficiency with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Expert analytical skills (especially quantitative)
  • Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedules
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LINE's products and services
  • Experience in the technology or digital media industry
  • Knowledge in marketing and digital media
  • Experience with analytics platforms
