PMO & Strategy Lead (Content & Services)
As the PMO & Strategy Lead for Content & Services (LINE TODAY, LINE VOOM, LINE OpenChat and LINE Wallet), you will be a key lead, responsible for driving strategic direction and ensuring efficient operations across multiple core business areas. You will report directly to the Head of PMO & Strategy (Core Business) and collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Architect and lead the strategic direction for LINE Thailand's Content & Services Business, encompassing LINE TODAY, LINE VOOM, LINE OpenChat, and LINE Wallet
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to be aligned with overall company objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Business Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Project Management and Execution:
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of KPIs
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a small but efficient team of professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong leadership and high accountability, with the ability to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial metrics
- Extremely good proficiency with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Expert analytical skills (especially quantitative)
- Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedules
- Fluency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with LINE's products and services
- Experience in the technology or digital media industry
- Knowledge in marketing and digital media
- Experience with analytics platforms
