As a Promotional Solution Sales professional, your primary responsibility is to develop potential advertisers and recommend suitable Promotional Solutions and Ad exposure.
This approach helps advertisers achieve effective campaign results while also increasing ad revenue, creating a win-win outcome.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new advertising opportunities with potential advertisers and agency partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Evaluate ad product performance and campaign ROI to encourage repeat purchases and optimize strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, including new products and business models, from ideation through to execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, preferably with an ad network, agency, or mobile payment marketing unit.
- Strong network with direct clients and media agencies, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in marketing campaign development, with a keen ability to execute with precision.
- Strong drive to meet company-set sales targets, proactively utilizing various resources and strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
- A collaborative team player willing to share expertise and help the team reach goals.
- Quick learner, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
