We are seeking a CX Content Strategist to lead the development, implementation, and management of content guidelines and frameworks for our digital products. This role is critical in ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints by crafting scalable content strategies. While this position does not involve direct content creation, the CX Content Strategist will play a key role in establishing content guidelines and reviewing the work of both internal teams and outsourced agencies to maintain quality and alignment with brand voice and standards.

 

The CX Content Strategist will also manage and continuously improve the internal UX messaging handbook, ensuring it remains a valuable and up-to-date resource for various teams and products. As content will primarily be in Thai and English, professional proficiency in both languages is required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency across all customer-facing digital touchpoints
  • Define and standardize content formats and structures for use by internal teams and external partners
  • Review, provide feedback, and ensure quality control for content created by outsourced agencies, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and CX standards
  • Maintain, update, and expand the UX message writing handbook, ensuring that it remains a relevant and comprehensive resource for internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure the content aligns with user needs and business objectives
  • Create tone of voice for new products or align existing tone of voice with stakeholders to ensure cohesive content strategies and guidelines
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on content guidelines and UX messaging best practices
  • Conduct periodic audits of existing content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging best practices in UX writing and content strategy

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or a similar role within a digital product environment
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent editorial skills with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Proven experience managing content projects and collaborating with external agencies
  • Ability to create scalable content guidelines and frameworks that support complex products and services
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate content strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Professional proficiency in both Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech, SaaS, or digital services industry
  • Knowledge of localization processes and content adaptation for Thai audiences
  • Familiarity with customer journey, user research, or service design
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Confluence, Miro and other content management or design platforms
