PMO & Strategy Manager (LINE GIFT)
LINE GIFT is reimagining how we express our feelings through LINE Chat and make every gesture more meaningful. We are the pioneer on Thailand’s Gifting Economy by creating an end-to-end gifting platform that leverages chat and social graph within LINE ecosystem.
As part of the founding team, we are looking for ambitious people with a growth mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity and directive-without-detail assignments.
We are looking for an experienced Strategist and PMO with background in top-tier consulting firms who can roll-up their sleeves and get into real action. You will be responsible for shaping LINE GIFT strategies, constructing business models, working with relevant teams to define go-to-market and action plans, consolidating and reporting status of all key actions to top-level management. You may also take on the role of a Project Manager for special projects as requested by the Head of LINE GIFT.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and formulate business strategies/plans for LINE GIFT
- Consult and work with LINE GIFT Business and Product teams to define action plans, key tasks, and goals based on the business strategies/plans
- Ensure implementation and execution of the strategies/plans to drive LINE GIFT growth
- Track, monitor, and control execution of strategies/plans
- Conduct user and market research to understand the current trends and apply them to refine business strategies and action plans
- Take on special tasks as a project manager when requested by Head of LINE GIFT
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years in Business Strategy and/or PMO with background in top-tier management consulting firms
- Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication
- Proven track record in Strategy, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Professional proficiency in Korean is a big plus.
