We are seeking an exceptionally strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of LINE GIFT in Thailand, with a primary focus on the acquisition and cultivation of partnerships with ultra-luxe and high-value brands. This role demands a visionary who can seamlessly integrate strategic foresight with hands-on execution to fortify LINE GIFT’s presence in the premium gifting market.

Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development:
- Architect and implement a highly structured and sophisticated roadmap for acquiring ultra-luxe and premium-tier brands, ensuring alignment with LINE GIFT’s positioning in the luxury gifting space
- Develop and execute high-touch engagement strategies to captivate and secure collaborations with esteemed brands, articulating compelling value propositions that resonate within the luxury ecosystem
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key industry stakeholders, leveraging strategic networking to drive long-term partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive market intelligence analyses, proactively identifying emerging luxury trends, competitive positioning insights, and consumer behavioral shifts to refine acquisition strategies
Strategic Brand Management & GMV Growth:
- Serve as the primary architect for brand integration and positioning on LINE GIFT, ensuring a seamless and impactful market entry for newly acquired brands
- Conceptualize and execute bespoke gifting strategies that enhance brand visibility, exclusivity, and desirability, leading to maximized sales performance
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to synchronize brand activations, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated user experience
- Engineer and deploy data-driven performance frameworks, monitoring key metrics and continuously refining strategies to optimize GMV growth and consumer engagement
Execution & Performance Management:
- Develop and enforce methodical work plans, milestone-driven action roadmaps, and robust tracking mechanisms to maintain precision in brand acquisition and execution efforts
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and craft comprehensive partnership agreements, ensuring mutually advantageous terms that sustain long-term brand relationships
- Systematically monitor and report on key business development KPIs, leveraging data analytics to inform strategic recalibrations and performance optimizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or luxury brand management
- Proven ability to operate seamlessly at both strategic and operational levels, demonstrating the agility to transition between high-level planning and hands-on execution
- Strong professional network and deep understanding of the ultra-luxe market, high-net-worth consumer behavior, and premium brand dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships with prestigious, high-value brands, with quantifiable achievements in revenue and market expansion
- Exceptional multi-tasking capability, enabling the simultaneous orchestration of strategic initiatives and operational execution without compromise
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing high-profile brand partners
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience within e-commerce, digital gifting platforms, or luxury retail industries is highly advantageous.
