Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in LINE Sponsored Stickers products for external clients and internal cross-functional teams by conducting end-to-end operational tasks, including sticker design review and setup, reporting, troubleshooting, booking slots, and documentation
• Collaborate with the LINE Global Product team, the Global Stickers team, and other relevant teams to ensure that Sponsored Stickers products function effectively in the Thai market
• Handle and resolve product issues raised by external clients; conduct root cause analysis, then transfer and escalate complex issue summaries to the LINE Global Product team or other relevant teams (such as Engineering, Information Security, Legal teams, etc.) when required
• Evaluate and analyze product performance and insights, then provide reports to support and offer recommendations that will benefit cross-functional teams

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience working in the technology or digital industry
• Practical experience or knowledge in design-related fields
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, with strong scheduling and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe software, especially Photoshop and Audition
• Fluency in Japanese, English, and Thai (both spoken and written)
