Corporate Business Display Ad - Media Planning Manger
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Display Ad Media Planner with 5–10 years of expertise in the digital advertising industry. This role will work closely with the Service BO team to develop and optimize media strategies that enhance overall advertising performance. As a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, the Display Media Planner will play a vital role in streamlining collaboration between the Service and Advertising departments, ultimately driving media efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and continuously refine media strategies based on campaign objectives and audience insights, offering actionable and data-driven optimization recommendations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Service BO, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to integrate client needs and platform capabilities into performance-focused media solutions

Monitor and analyze key media performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPA), and translate findings into executable optimization plans

Conduct regular campaign performance reviews, prepare presentations and reports to support strategic discussions and cross-departmental communication

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media technologies, contributing strategic input to guide the team’s optimization direction
Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in digital advertising, media agencies, ad networks, DSPs, or SSPs

Deep understanding of the display advertising ecosystem and ad network delivery mechanisms, with proven ability to independently develop and optimize media strategies

Strong cross-functional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate internal and external resources

Proficiency in using ad platforms and analytics tools, with strong data interpretation and strategic planning capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; able to lead discussions and deliver presentations to internal and external teams

Experience in AdTech/MarTech, or familiarity with CDP/DMP platforms, is a plus
