This position is responsible for working with LINE SHOPPING LIVE team to execute LIVE content planning, management, and development.

 

As you will be part of the LIVE commerce founding team, you will be expected to hold multiple responsibilities, be quick to change and adapt, and learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs. We are looking for teammates with a bias for action, good team communication skills, ability to execute with high autonomy and results-driven attitude. We look to create new ideas for the market, so creativity and flexibility will be an important part of your content operation skillset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and overview campaign schedule for LINE SHOPPING’s LIVE commerce programs to enhance key KPIs
  • Ideate initiatives and creative performance to find effective ways to improve LIVE commerce performance
  • Oversee LIVE Commerce market trends and competitors to build long-term and short-term marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage marketing activities for all LIVE programs
  • Perform forecast of traffic, sales, CAC, viewers, and related KPIs
  • Coordinate with LINE central marketing team to establish media plans and forward the plans to operations team
  • Track and analyze performance of user acquisition funnels, internal media, and external media, including identify key improvements
  • Create sponsorship pricing and commission structure for assigned LIVE programs
  • Explore partnership opportunities with other businesses and production partners to develop existing programs and launch new programs
  • Work across the team to produce effective performance
  • Work closely with business development team to help sell sponsor package on LIVE programs
  • Work with agencies and content partners to plan for LIVE program content
  • Use understanding of the social media trends to plan and publish LIVE content

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in any related fields, with direct experience in online marketing, e-commerce, and/or social commerce
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with success cases
  • Deep knowledge and passion for e-commerce industries and/or social commerce
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage projects according to plans
  • Passionate, self-motivated and responsible
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with proven analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong experience in online marketing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in LIVE Commerce and content creator platforms

Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects
