Team/Position Description:
Corporate Business Team focuses on providing LINE Biz-Solutions to the Taiwan market. We are looking for a product manager who has experience in SaaS/SMB market. Experience in planning digital transformation tools for the industry is a plus.
As a Product Manager, you will need to lead the product direction and establish connections with Account Ad related products, especially linking with OA (Official Account).
You should have a deep understanding of SaaS products and SMB market in Taiwan, formulate product strategies, and collaborate with service planner and developers to develop competitive products, thereby driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- LINE MINI App & LON (LINE Official Notification) strategy development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy aligned with Account Ad business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, SMB clients behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- In line with the product strategy, collaborate with BD to identify external partners and develop MINI App tailored for specific industries.
- Own revenue targets, specifically annual paid accounts and annual revenue, for the products managed.
- Develop product GTM(go-to-market) plan, designed to bring a new product to market and drive demand.
- Be the voice of the clients within the organization, integrating clients' feedback into product development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven 3-7+ years of product management experience in the Martech, or Adtech domains.
- Solid understanding of SaaS product development and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective collaboration and communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
