Opportunities:
Payshop is LINE Pay's newly launched voucher service platform, focusing on expanding partnerships with SME merchants to offer diverse ticketing options and enhance their market exposure and revenue. We are looking for a dedicated business developer who can build a strong merchant network, enrich platform content diversity, and provide end-to-end support for merchant onboarding.
As a Business Development Manager / Associate Manager for Payshop, your primary goal is to establish partnerships with target merchants and drive their participation in the platform through innovative voucher solutions. You will collaborate with Merchant Development, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support the platform's rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies on building qualities and quantities on Payshop platform
- Evaluate merchant needs and design diverse voucher products to attract consumers
- Assist merchants in completing the onboarding process, ensuring high-quality contents
- Analyze business performance, and unique market insights to enhance service and increase revenue
- Identify voucher market trends and develop service requirements with a good understanding of users’ and partners’ needs
- Execute effectively based on company metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives)
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions and teams, lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring success through data-driven decision-making
- Support the development of platform business strategies to achieve annual goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Preferably in payments, ticketing, e-commerce or merchant-related O2O platforms
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with consumer behavior in TW market, with a knack for innovation and market insight
- Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Passionate about the internet, e-commerce, fintech, and LINE Pay is a plus
- Able to work flexibly and dynamically in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent business presentation skills across all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
