LINE Giftshop will change the gift behavior of the Taiwan market. We are looking for a result-oriented talent who is passionate about solving problems and building from the ground up to drive growth and maximize LINE Giftshop's market share in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement brand development strategies, focusing on attracting, maintaining, and expanding target brands on the platform.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new brand partnership and business opportunities, evaluate and optimize brand entry strategies to increase market share.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to design innovative advertising and marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work with product, marketing, and data analytics teams to align brand promotion strategies with overall platform goals and achieve project milestones.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends, forecast risks, and devise responsive strategies to maintain competitive advantages in the market.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a background in e-commerce and practical experience in brand development or key account management.
  • Required experience in e-commerce, with preference for those who have worked on B2C platforms and are familiar with industry-specific knowledge and operational skills.
  • Proven experience in brand development, expansion, and management, with strong knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with international and luxury brands, with relevant collaboration experience, the ability to accurately grasp brand positioning and market positioning, and develop effective growth strategies.
  •  Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (such as product, marketing, and data analytics) to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to successfully drive brand partnerships and establish win-win collaborations.
