As a Licensing Sales Manager at LINE FRIENDS Hong Kong, you will play a pivotal role in growing licensing business in Hong Kong and Macau with:

- enriching brand portfolio through partnership with renowned brands/licensees

- driving the company's sales growth

- achieving ambitious targets

- delivering the exceptional results on brand awareness

 

Responsibilities

  •  Identify character business trends and market potentials, including but not limited to, providing creative ideas for new business pitches
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve and enhance the company's aggregated sales targets and brand awareness
  • Manage licensing KPI and prepare licensing sales trend report for management
  • Negotiate and manage licensing agreements with partners
  • Manage and discuss sales target with licensees through regular sales review meetings
  • Establish strong relationships with all internal and external parties
  • Facilitate discussions between the brand team, creative team, and licensees on project directions, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and are of high quality
  • Be patient and detail-oriented in working with company systems and workflows
  • Assist in ad-hoc company events/ projects as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications

  • University degree or above with majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
  • Over 5 years of experience in characters licensing is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrate track record of sales achievement
  • Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are required
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for the characters business would be an advantage
  • A candidate with good reading and speaking skills in Korean will be a plus
  • Occasionally work on weekends, public holidays, and non-working hours to support ad-hoc events/tasks
  • Business travel is infrequent but required when necessary
  • Immediate availability preferred
