Business Development Manager / Senior Manager (B2C New Services)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager / Senior Manager, focusing on driving new revenue streams from globally and locally initiated projects through partnership collaborations and/or acquisitions as well as analyzing the potential growth of each service under B2C New Services portfolio. In addition to partner acquisition and analytical knowledge, minor operations work may be included in operating the businesses.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall B2C New Services portfolio
  • Work with colleagues in various departments, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, Legal, Finance, etc., to deliver seamless rollouts of new services with consumer satisfaction
  • Research, evaluate, and engage with strategic partners to foster business collaborations and drive synergies
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry figures, business partners, and internal teams to drive long-term success
  • Design and assess new business models, conducting feasibility studies to support launching new services/features in Thailand
  • Create innovative business concepts and perform financial projections to determine return on investment
  • Implement creative ways to improve our user experiences; tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote services
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to improve LINE’s new services
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive management
  • Perform minor operation tasks, including Official Account push messages and back-end workflows

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years in business development or strategic planning
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to connect with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and potential partners to drive business success
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
