Team/Position Description :
LINE is seeking the senior leader of performance consultant with Business develop and analyze background. Excavate business opportunities within detail-oriented and correlated industry experiences. Bringing together analytical results, business strategy with precisely approach angle to expand LINE Biz Solutions into Business market. The role will work as an internal consulting function that advises Sales on overall business strategy.
Responsibilities :
-Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing LINERs to create a goal-oriented culture with inclusivity and collaboration in mind.
-Coach your team on engaging with and influencing stakeholders across your team’s portfolios to deliver client success and shared business results.
-Lead the team in analyzing customer data and industry trends to develop strategic plans for customers and/or partners.
-Ensure team readiness to deliver digital complex solutions. Create a culture of sales innovation and customer success on the team based on diverse, equitable and inclusive team environment.
-Design projects and strategic documents to enhance Business Sales Group growth goals with data driven thinking.
-Work with numerous cross-functional colleagues across the organization to ensure best practices across multiple projects.
-Regularly communicate with Business Sales Group to execute on projects and establish effective feedback loops.
Basic Qualifications :
-Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
-8 years of digital sales experience with 3 years of management experience.
-Great communication skill and management experience to lead the team work with cross function team and global team
-Familiar with Digital trend and media to drive revenue.
-Ability to take ownership for decisions, secures support, and remove key obstacles
Preferred Qualifications:
-Media or media agency experiences.
-Knowing digital media KPI and operation process.
-Fluent English speaking and writing.
