We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager to drive the growth of LINE GIFT in Thailand. This role is instrumental in acquiring and managing strategic brand partnerships, optimizing brand performance, and executing business strategies to maximize GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, exceptional execution capabilities, and a data-driven approach to achieving commercial objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can align brand priorities with LINE GIFT’s strategic goals to foster sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development:
- Identify, engage, and onboard strategic brand partners, enhancing LINE GIFT’s product offering and market position
- Develop and present compelling business proposals, leading negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless brand onboarding, ensuring optimal product placement, pricing strategies, and marketing plan alignment
- Align brand strategies with LINE GIFT’s commercial objectives to drive sustainable business growth
Strategic Brand Management & GMV Optimization:
- Oversee the performance of existing strategic brand partners, implementing initiatives to maximize GMV and sales potential
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance product visibility, pricing competitiveness, and conversion rates
- Ensure brand participation in key marketing campaigns, aligning promotional activities with revenue targets
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, product listings, and pricing structures to sustain a competitive market position
Campaign & Business Operations:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of LINE GIFT marketing campaigns
- Address and resolve operational challenges, including pricing adjustments, sales performance fluctuations, and campaign execution issues
- Provide proactive recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, leveraging insights to refine business strategies
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and brand partners to optimize sales performance
- Identify and mitigate potential operational and commercial bottlenecks, ensuring continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within e-commerce, e-voucher, or retail industries
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to address operational challenges and sales performance issues effectively
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, digital products, or online sales management is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English and Thai
