Opportunities:

Payshop(購好券) is LINE Pay's newly launched voucher service platform, focusing on expanding partnerships with SME merchants to offer diverse voucher solutions and enhance their market exposure and revenue. We are looking for a dedicated project manager who can enhance our merchant and consumer experience by providing seamless, data-driven, and innovative voucher solutions.

As a Project Manager / Associate Manager for Payshop, your primary goal is to drive strategic initiatives to optimize Payshop’s operations, improve user engagement, and enhance merchant partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as Merchant Development, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure Payshop's success and scalability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects that enhance Payshop service, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and transaction data to identify growth opportunities and implement operational improvements
  • Execute effectively based on company metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives)
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions and teams, lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to evaluate new features, promotions, and engagement plans
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth project execution and communication
  • Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, product operations, or a related field
  • Preferably in payments, ticketing, e-commerce or merchant-related O2O platforms
  • Proven experience in product and feature launches, with a track record of managing categories or services
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and execute operational improvements from a commercial perspective
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Passionate about the internet, e-commerce, fintech, and LINE Pay is a plus
  • Able to work flexibly and dynamically in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
