Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategies for LINE Account Advertising product family including LINE Official Account, API-based solutions, CRM solutions, Sponsored Stickers, and LINE POINTS to pursue the aim of empowering corporate and SME brands to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with both global and local teams (e.g., sales, business development, and engineering teams) to ensure cross-functional alignment of business goals and execution, helping evolve incubation-stage ideas into exponential-growth initiatives
- Identify and prioritise the most impactful initiatives and projects by working with customer-facing teams and business partners and staying at the forefront of market and industry trends
- Drive new strategic initiatives and projects alongside global and local product teams to ensure successful outcomes are delivered in a timely manner, supporting the teams with actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of key industries, market and technology trends, competitive landscape, and analysis of LINE services, shaping data-driven product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct market research to assess the viability of new products and market opportunities, including leading ideation and conceptualisation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, analytics, or related disciplines
- 6+ years of proven experience in strategy, commercial, or product management functions
- Experienced strategist equipped with an understanding of product development lifecycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of MarTech, digital marketing solutions, B2B SaaS or equivalent
- Creative problem-solving approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership
- Entrepreneurial spirit; enjoy the challenges in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Effective communicator; proficiency in aligning cross-functional teams toward common goals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets and analysis/visualisation tools
- Fluency in English, able to work with multi-national teams
