Head of Market Development (Corporate & SME Market)

*This is an individual contributor role. You will not have team members under your direct supervision, but you will be leading projects and working cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders in areas related to market development for Corporate and SME market.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate Market Development Strategy to for both Corporate and SME market by utilizing LINE for Business Solutions such as LINE Official Account, LINE Ads, MySeries (MyCustomer, MyShop, MyRestaurant), LINE Family Club, etc.
  • Initiate and manage events/workshops by collaborating with marketing team
  • Design and structure B2B solutions website (lineforbusiness.com) and LINE Study Room (studyroom.line.me) in response to marketing objectives
  • Develop and plan CRM programs (e.g., LINE Family Club, LINE for Business program) to accelerate clients’ spending and reduce churn rate
  • Conduct performance tracking/evaluation and provide recommendations or solutions to improve campaign/program effectiveness
  • Analyze business and market landscape as well as conduct research with market research team to develop and improve further business strategy and decision​s
  • Manage projects related to market development with stakeholders in marketing team and/or commercial team to ensure deliverables meet the objective and timeline
  • Manage budget and internal operations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing covering campaigns, media performance, events, or sales and marketing fields
  • Comfortable with revenue targets, feasibility study, product development, and project management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and client problem solving environment
  • Ability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation (both writing and speaking), and negotiation skills
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented, with proven ability to balance multiple priorities
