We’re looking for a result-driven, passionate, and aggressive to business success talent to join LINE Shopping. The ideal candidate needs solid e-commerce/retailing industry know-how and operation experiences. You will cooperate with cross-function teams to provide clients professional digital marketing and commerce solutions & services. As LINE Shopping account manager, you’d accommodate clients to LINE commerce ecosystem to achieve win-win performance.

 

Responsibilities

LINE Shopping Account Manager fulfill a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis including:

  • Monitor and manage sales KPI (GMV, REV, Marginal Profit, ROI) achievement progress and take necessary actions to ensure performance.
  • Plan and propose sales promotion and advertisement plan to help clients achieving sales target.
  • As digital marketing consultant, assist clients applying LINE Shopping commerce solutions for better ROAS/ROI.
  • Provide solution training, payment statements review and other daily account service.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years working experiences in e-commerce/retailing/digital marketing related industry. Previous experiences in beauty/cosmetic category is a plus.
  • Familiar with various digital marketing tools and innovation trend of industry.
  • Positive, responsible and organized attitudes toward any task, passion for learning new tasks and facing difficult situations.
  • Equipped with not only the innovation spirit to build business from zero to 100, but also determination and patience to insist on success.
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
