Position Description:

Performance Consulting Team is the analytics division of LINE Taiwan's Corporate Business Team, advancing the implementation of LINE Biz Solutions among key client groups through data analysis. As experts in data for LINE Official Accounts and LINE Ads Platform, work in collaboration with Business Consultant to offer effective strategies and recommendations, providing consultative partnerships to achieve the best performance in advertising investments and media strategy planning.

The team analyzes results of advertisements across all industries on LINE, delivering insightful analysis to clients that fosters substantial growth and confidence.

This position requires passion for the digital media, exceptional analytical abilities, the capacity for inductive reasoning, customer relationship management skills, problem-solving capabilities, project leadership skills, and a readiness to always take on new challenges.

Resposibilities:

Performance Consulting
1. Resolve issues encountered by clients when using LINE Official Accounts and LAP, promote appropriate usage practices, and provide optimization recommendations.
2. Leverage data analysis to evaluate client advertising performance and devise appropriate advertising strategies, optimally integrating LINE's solutions.
3. Must possess keen market insight and guide the implementation of LINE's solutions.
4. Based on the analysis needs presented by the sales team, plan and oversee the execution methods and monitor the advertising system data to achieve the clients' goals.
5. Oversee clients' advertising investment and track revenue performance to achieve quarterly sales targets.


Project Management
1. Possess the ability to lead projects, assisting in the testing and analysis of new products prior to market launch in response to company needs.
2. Manage time effectively, optimizing work progress and increasing productivity.
3. Have strong comprehension and communication skills for diverse and close collaboration with internal teams or cross-national colleagues.
4. Pay attention to detail and be capable of executing multiple project items simultaneously.

Qualifications:

1. Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, media or media agency.
2. Possesses experience in the FMCG, Luxury, Cosmetics industries.
3. Bachelor's degree.
4. Fluent in English.
